Click here to learn how to work with me!
I come clean in this week’s Jacquie Straight Up about some of the more controversial methods of anti-aging that I embrace! Watch and be inspired by some advanced tips that work really well for me and let me know what your thoughts are in the comments below!

Posted at 17:14h, 27 MarchAwesome tips Jacquie! I’ve always been interested in botox even though I hate needles! If I’m still in my early 30’s do you suggest trying a good tightening cream and waiting a few years before considering botox?

Posted at 17:34h, 27 MarchThanks Lorie! I would definitely wait. I started at 40 when lines were visible…I recommend a great skin care regimen and sunscreen on your face, neck and chest. XO

Posted at 17:18h, 27 MarchYaaaas attitude! I’ve gotta say that I resonate with that tip the most!! Our physical appearance is often a result of our attitude. If you strut down the street KNOWING and BELIEVING that you look amazing then you WILL look amazing 🙂

Posted at 17:35h, 27 MarchAwesome Dawna – I agree! Magnetism works from the outside in and from the inside out too! XO

Posted at 03:08h, 28 MarchMore fab tips – thank you! I’m working on teeth whitening solutions right now – can the home kits work OK? Or do you only recommend a trip to the dentist?

Posted at 06:51h, 28 MarchAwesome Julie – Thank you! I think the home kits work really well – Advanced white strips do a great job! XO

Posted at 15:42h, 28 MarchHi Jacquie and Ladies! Attitude is huge in this quest, I surely agree! Here’s my anti-aging advice….sunscreen! But not just any sunscreen, but one that is safe for the environment….Raw Love makes a great one, which is safe for coral reefs and also, it is all natural….no chemicals for your skin! I am a huge fan too of Suzanne Somers with her Somersizing cookbooks and books on how chemicals harm us…we have to be very smart and proactive to take care of ourselves..and like you say Jacquie, we have to do our homework to find the answers to the questions that we ask, and to not settle for a quick knee-jerk response from a doctor! WE are in charge! (Talk about empowerment!!!!!!!!!)

Posted at 10:59h, 29 MarchThanks for the next three tips! I am downloading Ageless onto my kindle even as I write. Discovered botox about 4 years ago and am completely convinced. I do find lots of other women very judgemental about it though- it seems like we should support each other to make our own choices- especially ones that make you feel confident and brave. Attitude, sunscreen, exercise, sleep, hair, botox, white teeth…and then I would add joyful living and lots of passion-filled sex. Can’t wait to hear the skin cream tips. Enjoy the family reunion in Canada and thanks for this amazing honest forum.

Posted at 12:23h, 31 MarchI’m so thrilled to hear that Allison, and thank you so much for your fabulous input! I couldn’t agree with you more in supporting each other in whatever we do to empower ourselves – physically, spiritually and mentally as it is all inextricably connected! XO

Posted at 12:18h, 05 AprilHi…..love you! I am in menopause and know the wonderful benefits of hormone replacement….but it is too expensive for me. Do you have some suggestions…..I hear people buy estrogen pills. They say they work?
Help.
Thank you!!
Jacquie
Posted at 11:56h, 06 AprilAww, Thank you Tracy! I’m on bio-identical hormone replacement which costs a lot less than the un-natural hormones prescribed by conventional doctors. The cost for me is about $100 a month or less and because it is so life-changing for me, it’s worth every penny. At the back of “Ageless” Suzanne Somers lists all the doctors who prescribe bio-identical hormones. I tried over the counter progesterone and estrogen and it didn’t help at all. Not worth it. Let me know if you have any other questions! Sending much love to you. XO
