Resistance is a common problem for all of us – resistance to what we know is either good for the body, mind, soul, career, bank balance etc. Resistance happens because of fear – fear of failure, and even more probable, the fear of success. (But that’s for another day!)

Posted at 12:28h, 11 MarchOh Jacquie. Talk about the universe giving me what I need, when I need it. Little means a lot because it is at least something. I learned this with exercise. I used to think I did not have the time or the energy. I than found an online Pilates program that was 15 mins MWF and 30 mins TT. I’ve been with it for a year and feel rather proud that I have stuck with it.
Now to apply the same to other aspects of my life.
