I was feeling this tremendous gratitude today for the fact that I can run; for the fact that I am physically able to run, to workout, to do all the physical things that have become a big part of my life. There are so many people who are physically unable to do the things that we put off everyday. And it’s tremendously motivating when you think of all the people who would give anything to be in your situation; to walk, run or dance a mile in your shoes. It’s amazing when you have gratitude for something. It makes you look at it in a totally new perspective.
