05 Aug Why It’s Time To Ease Up On Yourself!
So, I’m having a bad hair day. It’s probably from the extreme heat here in the California desert and also because I danced my face off for about 30 minutes before recording this week’s episode of Jacquie Straight Up!
I feel as though I look like Kramer on that episode of Seinfeld when their shower-heads were swapped for the “low flow” variety. Kramer’s hair, which normally stood straight up, was as flat as a pancake. He looked like such a goof. Kind of like me in this week’s video!
Anyway, today I want to share with you a brilliant and fun way to release our “feel good” hormones. Needing a quick boost, an extra shot of motivation, or simply an excuse to be a little nuts? Click above to find out more. (And did I mention it’s F-U-N?)
Not only that, but today’s message is also to remind you to ease up on yourself (bad hair days included). Do you constantly beat yourself up for not doing more, crossing more off the to-do list, or making more progress? If that sounds like you, then don’t miss this week’s Jacquie Straight Up. Click above to watch.
Lastly, I want to invite any of you who missed out on my offer for a FREE 45 minute Rapid Change Coaching Session, to email email@example.com and let me know your contact details and what you would most like to change or achieve. Many of my subscribers have let me know they missed out, so I am reopening another week of sessions!
I want you to reach the end of 2015 having achieved what’s most important to you. Your time is NOW! Don’t miss this golden opportunity for major progress…I can’t wait to connect with you, one-on-one! Simply send me an email to sign up for your own 45 Minute Rapid Change Coaching Session. (By the way, we chat via phone, Skype, or Facetime, so you do not have to live in California to take me up on this fab offer!)
