    I always get distracted doing everyone else’s tasks without really focusing on what I want to get done during the day, which always leaves me feeling behind and out of control. Thanks for the reminder to manage my time.

    I am not an early riser and my morning are hectic. Trying to incorporate things 6 items is going to take some time. I’m going to start with visualization and then work on one of the other 5 items. I want to be successful with my efforts and my new kick ass life. Take care and God bless us all.

    Start with one or 2 Lorraine and you will experience a positive change! I highly recommend adding exercise to the visualization – Those 2 components of a morning routine are super powerful ~
