Or, in other words, my face with no makeup.
Yup, that’s me coming at you today: hot and sweaty on my treadmill, naked face and all, having just finished my morning workout.
And I gotta say: I love today’s Jacquie Straight Up episode. Here’s why:
Last week, I talked about how getting sweaty — exercising regularly — is crucial to living up to your full potential. It’s really that important!
So, in light of this, I wanted to share with you my amazing, quick cardio workout, one that I KNOW you can pull off, regardless of your fitness level. I do this very workout many mornings of the week, when I’m not out running or hiking the trails.
This workout is effective. It’s simple. It’s interesting.
In fact, it can be done at home, on a treadmill, or even if you’re on the road. And…you don’t need a gym membership.
It’s called “Pyramids.” Click above to watch.
Another great thing about “Pyramids” is that it is dynamic and constantly changing. It keeps you engaged, and your workout goes by really fast. You’re always thinking about what’s going to happen next, which distracts you from any complaints from groaning and negative thoughts!
And no matter whether you’re a couch potato or an Olympic athlete, you can do this. Walk, jog, or sprint…it’s up to you.
Do it more. Do it less. But just do it!
Remember, to be the best YOU you can be, you need to exercise on a regular basis. I really can’t emphasize this enough.
