Let me jump right in with a bold statement, one that I know is true: your full potential will ALWAYS remain untapped until you exercise regularly, every day of the week. (Well, aim for at least five days, but I recommend six.)
Regular exercise impacts your body, your soul, and your mind, and is critical for your success.

I should also point out that being fabulous has nothing to do with feeling “better” than anyone else or portraying an egotistical sense of superiority. Being fabulous is about being the best YOU that you can be. None of this magic will work if it comes from a place of sheer ego.
Being fabulous is not about keeping up with the Jones’ — it’s about living up to your own full potential!
In my opinion, consistent exercise changes everything. When we’re feeling fat, it helps us to feel fit, when we’re feeling mad, it calms us, when we’re feeling down, it lifts our spirits, and when we’re feeling sluggish, it energizers us.
Still not a fan of exercise? Well, here’s my #1 exercise tip: think of exercise is your friend. I used to tell myself that I wasn’t a natural runner, than I didn’t have a runner’s body, and other negative crap like that. I changed those mantras to “I am an athlete,” and “I was born to run.” And you know what? It worked! Now I love running and it changed my life.
Exercise is my savior in times of crisis and my inspiration in times of peace. It can be yours, too…you just have to commit to it!
Remember, life will reward you when you are working diligently on being the best you that you can be. Now go out and get sweaty!
