      Ah, Thank you so much Kim!! Did you receive the digital version of the book? I sent those out a month or two ago so you could get started on it! The first printed batch of 125 has been mailed out and the next batch of 100 just arrived at the office… We have to sign, package and send… Going as fast as we can!
