18 Feb How to have a kick-ass life: 3 (surprising) tips I learned on my bike
OK, I have to admit, I love cycling. Apart from hiking, and horse riding, it’s one of my favorite ways to exercise.
And now that I reside full time in southern California, bike riding is a year-round activity for me — a blessing I am most thankful for, and one that I do not for granted.
Anyway, this morning, while I was zipping around on my bike, I was struck by some interesting revelations — ones inspired by my two-wheeled adventure, and ones that will empower you to start living a KICK-ASS life!
Be sure to watch — I can’t wait to share them with you! And, lucky for us, this is just another bonus of exercise — it clears our minds, and allows our creative & inspirational juices to flow.
I dig a lot deeper into my “Bike Ride Wisdom” in today’s Jacquie Straight Up, but in short, here are my top three tips on creating a life of WOW:
- Take the road less traveled.
- It’s about the journey, not the destination.
- Listen to the experts, and then make up your own mind. Do what feels right by you!
Of course my friend, I encourage you to take my advice with a grain of salt.
Why? Because the biggest lesson here is this: do what floats YOUR boat!
Remember, YOU get to decide what kind of life YOU want from this moment on. Decide, and then make the necessary changes.
