Some big news…

I have two SUPER exciting pieces of news that I’ve been dying to share with you today:

#1: I just launched my new website (as you can see)! It now reflects my true passion: teaching people how to be their OWN soul mate, and in doing so, live a kick-ass life of love, wealth, adventure, and freedom! (Be sure to let me know what you think in the comments section or by sending me a note. I’d love to hear from you.)

And…

#2: I did it! I achieved my goal of 28 days with NO alcohol! Woo hoo! I also completed a 30 day plank challenge. Man, it was tough, but I was able to go from a 20 second plank to a 2:30 minute plank in a month. I’m pretty proud of myself. (If you have no idea what a “plank” is, click here for more info.)

So why am I so excited about achieving these goals, even if they might be considered small?

Because achieving goals — no matter how insignificant you may seem to others — strengthens your goal-achieving muscle, your will power muscle, and your commitment muscle.

In today’s video blog, I explain how achieving small goals sets us up for achieving bigger goals, and ultimately helps us manifest our dreams. Practice makes progress!

The problem for most of us is that we often set goals that we never actually achieve. But this is a huge mistake! Not achieving a goal can be incredibly disheartening and can keep us stuck in mediocrity. I’ve been there.

So here is my big tip for you today, and it’s contrary to what a lot of success teachers say, but I’m going to put it out there anyway:

Have massive dreams, but make your goals relatively small and achievable.

It is so important to recognize that your goals are the stepping stones to your dreams. Every step you take, every goal you achieve, every 30 day plank challenge you conquer, you become stronger and more confident.

Your belief in yourself will grow exponentially…and one day, your massive dream will become your reality. It’s all about baby steps!

I hope this has served you in some way today, or provided you with some encouragement. If you’ve enjoyed this note or today’s video blog, please feel free to “like” it and share it with your friends.

See you next week!

Sending love and strength,
Jacquie
