The positive messages that I listen to replace any stress or anxiety that I may be feeling and are an instant cure for insomnia. Of course, I am also learning valuable lessons to apply to my life during the daylight hours.
Since our thoughts and beliefs create our lives, any opportunity to replace negative thoughts and beliefs with positive ones, should be embraced. Give audio books a try – they may just change your life!
