How to Believe in Yourself!

If you’ve liked the video please share it with others! And leave me a comment too, I love hearing from you!

This week’s broadcast is all about self-belief and I’ve got two really great tips for you today! The first one is, get rid of the critics and the naysayers in your life and the people who cause you to doubt yourself. Surround yourself with people that support you and people whose dreams are as big as yours! With that being said, stop watching the news too. Stop watching the stuff that tells us how bad our world is and the people are in it. It really effects how much we believe in ourselves. The second thing is mantras and affirmations. And this stuff only works if you do it consistently and persistently! Come up with mantras and affirmations that really speak to you and the person that you want to be. Whatever we expose our conscious mind to over and over again, the subconscious mind buys into and believes. It’s the truth. Thanks so much for watching! See you next week on another episode of Jacquie Straight Up- Bye!

Hey Jacquie. I absolutely love that you mentioned mantras and affirmations. Both of these things play a huge role in keeping me positive throughout the day. When I wake up I love to say “Good Morning Sunshine! You’re going to make the world smile today!” 🙂

Hi Jacquie! I am SO happy that you mentioned to stop watching the news….I honestly couldn’t agree with you more! The negativity is unbareable and I absolutely have noticed the difference in my household. The energy is not so heavy around here anymore.
