WHY YOU NEED TO TAKE THAT RISK. AND HOW YOU ACTUALLY JUMP!

With the celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day this week, I was struck again by the fact that nothing great was ever achieved by playing it safe.

In fact, every successful person I’ve ever met had to risk something — sometimes everything — to get where they are today.

And most of the time, the greater the risk, the greater the reward.

This is what today’s video blog is all about: not being afraid to take the risks necessary to manifest your dreams and goals for 2014.

But don’t get me wrong — I don’t mean being irresponsible about it. It takes courage, not stupidity!

Watch as I explain the crucial difference between common sense (that calm inner voice that keeps you safe) and common fear (the other inner voice that cripples you and keeps you from living). This is how you know when to jump!

My big point: common sense keeps you safe, so you don’t have to play it safe.

Remember, taking risks is so important, as they will stretch you, teach you, and move you closer to your dream.

What courageous risks do you need to take today? Isn’t it time to move out of your comfort zone, push your limits, and soar? (Just don’t break the law. Breaking the law can really screw up your life!)

If you’ve enjoyed this note, or this week’s video blog, be sure to share with your friends, or with someone you think might need a little encouragement to jump!

Sending love and strength,
Jacquie
